Jack began his career in 2018 as Front Office Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton, where he focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
In 2022, Jack stepped into the role of Operations Manager, overseeing the smooth running of hotel operations and leading teams to deliver operational excellence. His ability to adapt and learn paved the way for a transition into the business side of hospitality.
In 2024, Jack became a Business Analyst, applying his operational knowledge to improve processes and support strategic decisions. Today, as a BI Analyst, he uses data insights to drive performance and innovation across Klarent Hospitality.
